 FELTED ITEMS 

One-off felted handbags, necklaces, table runners, coasters, cushions, slippers, 3D felted pictures mounted in deep box frames etc all made to order. Commissions taken, please enquire via email regarding style/colours required and to obtain prices. All these items are made by me using the fleeces from our own small flock of sheep and then embelished with some hand dyed coloured fleece fibres, recycled buttons and beads where appropriate.

  •  RAW FLEECE FOR LINING HANGING BASKETS  

  • We are currently selling bags of raw wool (straight from the sheep) for use in hanging baskets. It works fantastically and there are many good reasons to use raw wool rather than manufactured basket liners... here's a few of them.
  • 1. The wool is not preshaped so can be used for any size/shape basket or trough and looks attratcive around your plants.
  • 2. It is a completely natural environmentally friendly product that can be recycled on the compost heap after use.
  • 3. The natural lanolin in the wool helps retain water.
  • 4. Easy to use and doesn't damage the plant roots.
  • 5. Can also be used as a mulch and weed suppressant around newly planted trees and shrubs.
  • Each bag contains enough wool for 2 x 14" hanging baskets or equivalent.

    Priced at just £3.50 per bag (plus postage) why not give this new and attractive planting option a go and be the envy of your all your friends.

    Colour: Light/mid grey mixture. 3ply knits as light Aran. 50gm balls, 80m in length. Price per ball £4.95 plus postage.

    Raw fleeces available during early Summer @ £6 each plus postage.
